Returns
• Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
• The product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included

Returns without original packaging or after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
• Used or opened earphones / earbuds (for hygiene reasons)
• Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

2. Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue
3. Our team will respond within 2–3 working days

Please do not send items back without approval.

Refunds
• Refunds are processed after inspection approval
• Delivery charges are non-refundable
• Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit
• Processing time: 7–10 working days

Exchanges
• Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items
• Subject to stock availability

Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
